Why do people take up 2 spaces when they park?
It’s either just really bad parking or more often than not people not wanting their car to be scratched or dented in a car park. Whatever the reason parking over 2 spaces is rarely acceptable, unless it’s a really quiet carpark or you park at the very far end, in which case you’d likely be untroubled anyway. For those that park right outside the store entrance or in premium spaces such as parent and child or worse still, disabled parking bays expect an angry response and quite possibly a note to left on your car!
