Newquay Cornwall Airport is in the village of Mawgan-in-Pydar, 7.5km from the town of Newquay. It is a small regional airport, which previously operated as RAF St. Mawgan until 2009.

You can fly into the airport from 15 airports in the UK. There is one seasonal route to Dusseldorf also.
How do I get to the Town?
You can take the Western Greyhound bus service 556 into Newquay, it leaves from just outside the terminal building every hour and takes about 20 minutes. Driving is a good option as it’s just a 10 minute drive via the A30 and A3059 and car hire at Newquay Airport is the easiest method.
What’s at the Airport?
In departures there is a seating area with sea views and Wi-Fi access is available. You will also find an ATM there. There is an executive lounge where you can relax, have a coffee and check up on emails before your flight, for a small fee. If you have hired a car you will find a car hire desk in arrivals.
Are There any Shops?
The Destination Cornwall retail outlet has a good selection of gifts and souvenirs and any last minute essentials you may need.
What if I get Hungry?
Coffee Republic has outlets in the main terminal building and departures. You can have a real Italian expresso and a hot panini while you wait for your flight.
Where can I Stay Nearby?
The Glendurgal Hotel is just 2km away from the airport. It is a 3 star hotel with 26 beach themed rooms, overlooking the Atlantic coast. There is a fitness centre and health club with swimming pool on-site. The hotel’s Watermark Brasserie and Bar is well known for its dishes using locally sourced produce. The 4 star Windward Hotel, is also 2km from the airport and has access to watersports and a sandy beach. You can have a drink at the hotel bar and enjoy the views across the bay.

You can visit the incredible Eden Project or browse the exhibitions at Tate St Ives art gallery. The city of
