What Should I Know About Dublin Airport?
Dublin Airport is one of the top ten in Europe when it comes to passenger volume, so of course it’s the busiest airport in Ireland. Located on the East coast of the Irish Republic It provides a truly cosmopolitan atmosphere accompanied by the warmth and humour of a true Cead Mile Falite (a traditional Irish welcome). So How do I Get There?
Located only 10 kilometres from the centre of
Dublin city it is easily accessible. If driving, the route is clearly signposted all the way to the centre of Dublin (just head in a southerly direction) or if you’d prefer to take in the sights of the capital just relax and hop on any one of the 700 coaches and buses that service it daily. Shuttle buses are also available directly from Heuston train station for those arriving by train from the west. Taxis and hackney cabs are available from the many ranks throughout the capital. However you decide to get there be sure to enjoy the ride.
