Can I book online for same day hire?
  • Yes, you can book online with some suppliers for same day hire. Our site is interactive and will display a car if available. However, please note due to administrative purposes we will need a minimum of 3 hours notice to process your booking.

Can I cancel a booking?
  • Yes you can cancel a booking. In order to obtain a refund you will need to give at least 48 hours notice (please read your terms and conditions for full conditions). If you wish to cancel a booking, the only accepted method is through the Cartrawler Website. Please click here to see the Cancellations Policy in full.

How do I receive confirmation?
  • You will be sent an email shortly after booking to confirm your booking details in full including the collection point etc. However, if for some reason you do not receive this (sometimes emails go to spam boxes etc.) please contact us by emailing info@rhinocarhire.com or calling 0845 508 9845.

    Duplicate booking vouchers can be found by entering your reservation number and email address on the `Look up Voucher ' section on the Homepage at www.rhinocarhire.com

How old do you have to be to Hire a Car?
  • 25 is the standard age. However we do offer hire Cars for younger drivers between the age of 21 and 25  which usually incurs an extra charge, details of which can be found by clicking `Rate Details' for the car in which you are interested in hiring.

What documents do I need to bring with me when I collect the car?
  • Please bring both parts of your driving licence including the card and counterpart (if applicable), your Booking voucher & a credit card held in the drivers name. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. Please see more info under our Read More FAQ section.
