How do I get There?
There are 2 train stations in the town, if you are travelling from London you’ll arrive at Maidstone East. Should you be travelling from Gatwick Airport
, you will arrive at Maidstone West. Buses are available in the town centre, from The Mall and the High Street, so you can explore the local area. If you have a car, Maidstone is easily accessible from the A20/M20 from London and the M25 for the rest of the UK.
What can I see in the Town?
For a little culture, spend a few hours at the Maidstone Museum and Bentlif Art Gallery. To discover more about the town’s past and how the locals used to live, visit the Kent Life open air museum.
