Terms and Conditions

The Competition (“Competition”) is promoted by Rhinocarhire.com (Unistrato Consulting Limited “Rhinocarhire.com.com”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions set out below applying to each of the prizes.

How do I enter?
To enter the competition, publish your 'Travel Your Way' blog post on your own blog. All entries must be made via a blog post and must link to the 'Travel Your Way' Competition page;

Once published, you must notify us of your entry by one of the following methods;

• E-mail - Please send an e-mail to comp@rhinocarhire.com and include a hyperlink to your blog post, your name, address and contact telephone number.
• Facebook - You may enter via Facebook, please post your blog on your Facebook page and tag the Rhinocarhire.com Facebook page - http://www.facebook.com/rhinocarhire
• Twitter - You may enter via Twitter, please include @rhinocarhire and #travelyourway in your tweet when linking to your blog post

Entry Deadline - *UPDATE - DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL 31 OCTOBER 2013*
All entries must be submitted by 30th September 2013. Entries made after this date will not be considered as the judging process will begin immediately after the competition closing date. By entering the competition, you warrant that:

1. you are eligible to enter this promotion;
2. your entries are your own work and have not been previously licensed or published;
3. your entries do not infringe a third party's copyright or privacy;
4. your entries do not contain any virus, bug or technical defect that would corrupt or otherwise affect the security, integrity or operation of the competition entry page or any Rhinocarhire.com intellectual property

It is the legal responsibility of the entrants, and not the promoters, to ensure they comply with copyright requirements and own the rights to use their blog for the purposes of this competition.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to reject any blog post entry which we deem to  contain any objectionable or offensive content. A photo which displays an identified or identifiable person may infringe on that person's right of privacy or may disclose that person's personal information and we would therefore advise that permission is sought to use such photographs. We recommend that you avoid submitting images which depict people in private or vulnerable situations.

Who can enter?
This competition is open to any bloggers aged 18 or over only, except employees or family members of employees of Rhinocarhire.com or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.

Will your entry be acknowledged?
Rhinocarhire.com will acknowledge entries received within 48 hours of the blog post being entered. Those entering via E-mail will receive an e-mail confirmation, those applying via Facebook will receive acknowledgment of entry via personal message on Facebook and those entering via Twitter will receive a direct message on Twitter.

What are the prizes?

• Category Prizes - 4 x Sony NEX-3N
• Overall Winner - 1 x £1,000 cash
• Overall Winner Nominator* - Sony NEX-3N*

How will the winners be selected?
All qualifying entries will be judged by Rhinocarhire.com and the results posted on http://www.rhinocarhire.com/comp/travel-your-way.aspx within 28 days of the closing date. All winning entrants will be notified by the method of entry (e-mail / Facebook / Twitter) and arrangements will be made to deliver the prizes. By entering the competition, you warrant that your entry and your blog (whether in relation to the competition or not) doesn't include material that is in any way unlawful, offensive or inappropriate. Entries that breach these regulations in the sole opinion of Rhinocarhire.com by being unsuitable, offensive, unlawful, misleading, derogatory of Rhinocarhire.com and/or any of its partners, in breach of any third party rights (including copyright), or the entrant/winner in any way acts inappropriately or dishonestly or in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, at Rhinocarhire.com's sole discretion, Rhinocarhire.com reserves the right to:

(a) reject or disqualify the entrant/winner(s)
(b) require the entrant/winner(s) to remove their blog posts from their own blogs
(c) withdraw the prize.

Rhinocarhire.com reserves the right to report any inappropriate content to the relevant authorities. All entrants including winners agree that their names, competition entries and photos, blog addresses and blog entries may be published on http://www.rhinocarhire.com, the Rhinocarhire.com Facebook page and/or the Rhinocarhire.com Twitter account at any time without notice. Your images may be used on any Rhinocarhire.com intellectual property. Any image used will be acknowledged with a 'source' accreditation.

Rhinocarhire.com holds no responsibility for entries lost or not received. Rhinocarhire.com will be acknowledging all entries to the competition so if you don't receive an acknowledgement of your entry within 48 hours you may want to resubmit your entry or contact us via comp@rhinocarhire.com. Rhinocarhire.com reserves the right to extend the dates of the promotion and we will notify all entrants of such changes via the method of entry and we will update these terms and conditions and all material on www.rhinocarhire.com relating to this competition. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions. Any personal data supplied to the Promoters in connection with the competition will only be used for the purpose of this competition and as otherwise provided for in these Terms & Conditions.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Rhinocarhire.com and not to Facebook, and you completely release Facebook from any claims in relation to this promotion. The information you provide will only be used to conduct the promotion and award the prize. By entering, you agree to your information being used for such purpose.

How will we notify the prize winners?
The prize winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date via the method used to enter and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 14 days will result in another winner being selected and notified and will have 14 days to claim their prize. If that person doesn't claim their prize, the process will continue until all prizes have been claimed.

What happens to your entry?
By entering the competition, you grant Rhinocarhire.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable and transferable licence to reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate and broadcast all or part of your entry in any form and media (including entry and blog address) in any medium or method on any media to be exercised at Rhinocarhire.com's sole discretion throughout the world. Where your entry or blog is published, you agree that it may be accompanied by your name.

**In the event that the winning entry was not nominated by a fellow blogger, the prize for this category will be withdrawn
