Travel between Terminals
The mile long trip between the North and South Terminals is enabled by a driverless vehicle consisting of three standing room only cars. This is a free service which runs every 3 minutes during busy times and every 6 minutes at quieter times. The journey takes 2 minutes.

Passenger Drop Off
There is a small amount of drop off space outside each of the two terminals. Security and Police are fairly tight on the amount of time allowed for a stop here. A better option would be to use the short stay car park which is located close by.

All vehicles which are waiting to pick up passengers are required to use the short stay car parks which are located close by. There is no facility at London Gatwick Airport for drivers to wait in the terminal forecourt.

Unattended Vehicles

Never leave a vehicle unattended anywhere in the airport grounds except in a designated car park. The police will quickly remove any unattended vehicle and a charge will be made for collecting the vehicle in addition to the drive being issued with a parking ticket.
