You are likely to be a business traveller with access to a company jet and visiting Coventry or the commercial areas of the West Midlands for important meetings. The airport is close to Coventry city centre and the commercial districts. You’ll have hired a limousine, probably with a driver, to collect you from the airport and take you to your destination. What is the Airport Like?
It doesn’t have permanent terminal facilities but offers a full range of services to the luxury business traveller including fast track entry to the country and dedicated personnel to ensure your time through the airport is as speedy as is necessary.
What do I Need to do Before my Trip?
If possible, give the airport 48 hours’ notice of your requirements and intended time of arrival. The airport can then organise your limousine transfer to collect you from the plane, arrange meals and book any accommodation should that not already have been organised. Any other reasonable requirements will be entertained where possible.
What can I Expect on Arrival at the Airport?
There’s no waiting for an airport bus or a long walk to security. At Coventry Airport, direct pick up by limousine is possible from the aircraft steps. You’ll then be driven to the Executive Jet Centre to freshen up and take refreshments whilst baggage is unloaded and passports checked. Within minutes you’ll be on your way. Your crew can use the crew rest facilities at the airport including a rest room and shower room and food and drink will be supplied for them.
And for my Return Journey?
The airport has full flight planning facilities so that once they know your destination and departure time they’ll be able to lodge a flight plan with ATC and inform your crew of its details along with weather forecasting for your journey. Your plane will be cleaned inside and out and restocked with food and drink as well as being refuelled.
On arrival, a member of the airport staff will be on hand to meet you and take you and your staff through the airport procedure. If you arrive early the Executive Jet Centre will be available for your needs with full office facilities including a secretary should you need them. Otherwise a meal can be provided. Any extras can be taken care of too including the delivery of flowers and other gifts.
