This airport has had increasing traffic mainly due to the presence of connecting low cost flights and so various renovations and upgrades have taken place to make passengers more comfortable. It can now take up to three hundred thousand passengers. Lodz Airport is capable of dealing with relatively large planes such as the Boeing 737.
