With low cost Ipswich car rentals you can explore the stunning countryside of Suffolk and nearby towns such as Colchester and Felixstowe. The town was built along the banks of the River Gipping which is the non-tidal section of the River Orwell. It is one of the oldest towns in England.

Today residents there number nearly 130,000. The town is known for having a thriving retail area and many breweries. Although the Ipswich football club is not hugely successful at the present time, in the past they were coached by Sir Bobby Robson and Alf Ramsey.
