Can I get to the City Easily?
Tasmanian Redline Airporter has a shuttle bus service departing from the terminal on every flight arrival. Taxis are available but it is easy to drive your hire car into the city using the Tasmanian Highway. The car hire offices are across the road from the terminal and you can meet your representative there.
What’s at the Airport for me?
In the terminal you will find an information desk that can advise you how to make the most out of your stay and can book hotels and transport for you. If you get hungry you can go to Abbott’s Café and have a snack there, before your flight. Should you be travelling business class you can use the Qantas Club Lounge and have a coffee whilst you surf the internet. If you forgot to buy souvenirs, there is a gift shop or you can buy a magazine and a bottle of water at the newsagents. Vending machines and ATMs are located around the terminal.

Visit the Cascade Brewery for a tasting of Australian beers or go shopping at the bustling Saturday market.
Take a trip out to Mount Wellington and see stunning views of Hobart and surrounds. Join a yacht cruise from Sullivans Cove to Peppermint Bay, there you can stop off for a clambake and chowder.
