Expedia Teams up with Avis for improved deals

Holiday booking company Expedia has teamed up with car rental company Avis to offer improved travel deals.
The ‘White Label Deal’ collaboration will cover 12 European countries and allow hotel bookings to go hand in hand with bargain car hire. The move is part of Avis’ ambition to give their customers better value and more choice.

Expedia Affiliate Network has created booking opportunities on just under 100,000 hotels across the world through their website hotels.com.
These hotels can now be reserved at the same time as customers use the Avis website to hire cars in European countries such as Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and The Czech Republic.

Managing director and vice president of Expedia Affiliate Network Tamer Tamar said: "It is great to work with Avis and create the biggest partnership of this type in the car rental market and offer the broadest range of hotels.
