Tauranga Airport is your gateway to the wonderful climate and scenery of this city in the northern part of New Zealand’s North Island. The city’s population has expanded rapidly over the last decade as people are drawn there by the high quality of life.
Set around a natural harbour formed by the peaks of dormant volcanoes; take your hire car to the top of each peak to gain different but equally stunning views of the city and its location. The Bay of Plenty, as it is called, is also a great favourite for surfers, swimmers, sailors and scuba divers.
